On summer vacation 2007 me and my dad climed a tall mountain.  We climed to a cotige called Mizpha Springs.  It was so amazing up there.

Me and my dad stayed in a room.  We where in a room with two boys and a father.  Then two women saved me from having to stay with all boys.  There were bunk beds.  I slept on the top and my dad slept on the bottum.

Me and my dad enjoyd a wonderful two days.  We had pankakes with brown shuger, juise and brede for brekfest.  After brekfest me and my dad got dressed and started down the mountain.  Well thats about it.  I hope we can go agen.

[Dad]  This was Brenna's first 4000 footer and she handled it like a champ.  Even with a 15 lb pack, she zipped up the mountain, passing people ahead of us.  All the while, she was gabbing away (as Brenna is known to do) and seemed to really be enjoying herself.  Before heading down from Mizpah the 2nd day, we completed the climb to the top of Pierce (4000+ feet).  It was great to watch Brenna as she stood wide-eyed at the top, looking out across the Presidentials and beyond.  I was extremely pleased and proud of her accomplishment and loved that she seemed to be feeling the spirit of the mountain
